The plan status bar gives an overview on where in the process the plan is. The different statuses affect both the possibility to edit the plan, and who have access to it.

  • Draft - When the plan is set to Draft, it is only visible in RigBridge, and the authors have full access to edit all information.

  • Ready for review - When the plan is set to Ready for review, the plan is pushed to RigFlow -> Draft, and the offshore personell now have access to view and add comments to it.

  • Ready for approval - When the plan is set to Ready for Approval, an approval request will be sent to authorized personnel for approval.

  • Published - When the plan is set to Published, it is ready to be started in RigFlow.

  • Started - When the plan is set to Started, the offshore personell has started the plan in RigFlow.

  • Completed - When the plan is set to Completed, the offshore personell has completed the plan in RigFlow.

Important: The Plan Status Bar can be customized to better suit the workflow of our customers. This article is based on our default setup for the Plan Status Bar in RigBridge.
