The purpose of the Preparations section is to define and designate preparatory tasks and checks that shall be completed before executing a plan. When the plan is being run in RigFlow, any Preparations that have not been completed will be flagged when commencing a plan.
In RigBridge, Preparation Checks are organized by Responsible roles. The list of roles is fixed and corresponds to the user roles in RigFlow. The Preparation Checks are entered as simple text strings. No formatting is available in these fields.
